Hello.
I'm having some troubles with a initial LN instalation and her relation with the IDVault.
In these case in particular, we had user's that used to have their emails on Exchange, and were migrated to Domino Lotus Notes.
When the accounts were created, we applied the IDVault policie right away and the ID was left in the IDVault.
Until now, the users have been using only the Webmail from the company. No physical instalation of LN.
We began to create users accounts in a Terminal Service, with Lotus Notes 8.5.3, and right away, when the system asks for the Server, User and Password, it returns an "Invalid Password Error".
If i change the password in the IDVault, the Webmail password is changed with no problem.
But the Lotus Notes Instalation keeps on returning the Invalid Password error, and i can't figure out why.
Can't figure out where the LN is validating the password that the user writes, to return that error.
Can you help me?
In a nutshell:
1 - users never used LN program. only webmail.
2 - first time configuration with every user
3 - at the begining when asking for a user and password, returns "Invalid Password"
4 - Password reseted, Webmail assumes new password. LN configuration still returns the error
In the Event Log returns the error: ID not downloaded because the wrong password was supplied. Every single time. For every User.
